Ayurvedic cause for anger issues:
Aggravated Pitta in the nervous system
Recommendations:
- Do Nasya with Brahmi ghee or plain ghee.
- Follow a pitta-pacifying diet.
- Stay cool. Avoid saunas, steam baths, overheating from sports or too much sun.
- Rub bhringraj oil or coconut oil on soles of your feet and scalp right before bed.
- Apply sandalwood essential oil between your brows, on your throat, breastbone, navel, temples, wrists. Apply just a small amount of oil.
- Steep ½ tsp of chamomile, basil and rose petal powder in 1:1:2 ratio in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Let it cool and drink thrice a day after meals.
- Steep ½ tsp of chamomile, 1 tsp of freshly chopped coriander leaves 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Let it cool and drink thrice a day after meals.
- Drink 1 cup of grape juice with ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp of fennel and ½ tsp of sandalwood powder.

- Boat Pose
- Goat Pose
- Bridge Pose

- Headstand
- Plow
- Shoulder Stand
