Method 1:
- Curl your tongue a tube.
- Inhale slowly through the curled tongue and swallow.
- Exhale normally through the nose while keeping your mouth closed.
Method 2:
- Clench your teeth a little and press your tongue against the teeth.
- Inhale the air through the teeth and swallow.
- Exhale normally through the nose while keeping your mouth closed.
Useful for:
- Pacifying high Pitta.
- Lowers oral temperature.
- Makes the saliva cool.
- Helps quench thirst.
- Improves digestion, absorption and assimilation.
- Effective for high blood pressure.
- Helps with burning throat, tongue or eyes.
- Cools the entire body.
