Recommendations:
- Eat Kapha pacifying diet.
- Drink 1 cup of hot water with 1 tsp of honey. You can also add 1 tsp lime juice or 10 drops of apple cider vinegar in it to make it more effective.
- Eat foods such as oatmeal, millets, corn, quinoa, apples etc. Use onion and garlic in cooking.
- Before each meal, eat a mixture of 1 clove of garlic, ½ tsp of grated ginger root, ½ tsp of lime juice.
- Steep 1 tsp of cinnamon and ¼ tsp of trikatu in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Add 1 tsp of honey and drink this twice a day.
- Take ½ tsp of trikatu with 1 tsp of honey 2-3 times a day.
- Take ½ tsp of mixture of kutki, chitrak, shilajit in 3:3:¼ ratio twice a day with honey and hot water.
- Take 1 tablet of triphla guggulu 200 mg thrice a day.
- Take 1 tablet of chitrak-adhivati 200 mg twice a day after lunch and dinner.
Exercises Recommended:
- Daily walk for at least half an hour.
- Do some aerobic exercise at least thrice a week.
Yoga Exercises Recommended:
- Sun Salutation
- Shoulder Stand
- Peacock Pose
- Cobra Pose
- Spinal Twist
- Locust Pose
- Lotus Pose
Pranayama Recommended:
- Breath of Fire (Bhastrika)
