Recommendations:
- Drinking a cup of warm milk before bed can help in getting a peaceful sleep.
- Adding a pinch of nutmeg in hot milk before bed is also helpful.
- Milk can also be taken with crushed almonds, a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of cardamom.
- Garlic milk can be useful.
- Eat 10-20 cherries daily.
- Drink 1 cup of tomato juice with 1 tsp of natural sugar and 2 pinches of nutmeg between 4-5 pm and then have your dinner between 6-7 pm.
- Take ¼ tsp of mixture of tagar, valerian root powder and chamomile prepared by mixing equal quantities of these 3 powders. The powder should be taken with warm water before bed.
- Chamomile tea before bed is also beneficial.
- Massage your scalp and feet with slightly warm oil before bed.
- Apply a paste made of nutmeg and ghee around your eyes and on your forehead before sleep.
- Take a hot bath.
- Try meditation.
