• Secretion of excess semen
• Increased desire for sex
• Stones in urethra

How to decrease the increased Sukra Dhatu:

• Fasting
• Balanced diet
• Consume bitter and pungent substances

Symptoms of decrease in Sukra Dhatu:

• Weakness, fatigue
• Lack of energy
• Dry mouth
• Anemia
• Impotence, absence of semen and ejaculation during intercourse
• Extreme pain in testes
• Burning sensation in genital organs

How to increase the decreased Sukra Dhatu:

• Consume aphrodisiac substances
• Use sweet foods
